After looking at over 100 homes, we found one that met our needs and was within budget. As you can see, the house is a three bedroom, two story, two car garage house. The one striking feature is the amazing hardwood floors. There is a bit of updating and painting to do. So later this year I will post our progress.
After we moved in, we found out what a great neighborhood we were moving into. It's much like living on a military installation, however we don't have the rank and political nonsense that is too often found "on base." We are starting off behind however. The neighbors are really into Christmas Lights so next year we are planning to be better prepared.
